Gateway Support Services provides compassionate Community Living Arrangement (CLA) services designed to help adults thrive in a safe, supportive, and structured residential setting. Our team offers 24/7 supervision and support, individualized care planning, skill-building programs, medication reminders and monitoring, transportation assistance, community outings, behavioral support, and a comfortable home environment that promotes dignity and independence.

Who we serve
We serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, autism spectrum disorders, mild to moderate behavioral concerns, and independent living skill deficits. Services are individualized based on each person’s ISP, goals, and support needs.
Daily life with structure and support
Daily life at Gateway Support Services includes structured routines, home-cooked meals, recreational activities, community outings, educational opportunities, participation in household responsibilities, social development, and a safe, family-oriented environment.
We welcome referrals from support coordinators, case managers, hospitals, behavioral health providers, families, and social workers. Our intake process is responsive and focused on individualized assessments, collaboration with support teams, and a commitment to quality care.
